Return Policy:

We hope you are completely satisfied with all of your purchases from us. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us. However we do ask a few things. You must return you purchase to Kansas Lighting within 21 days, for a full refund less any shipping charges. All items must be returned in their original carton and in new condition. The shipping charges to ship them back to us are your responsibility and if they come to us damaged it is your responsibility to take care of it with the freight company. We also ask that you insure your returns for the value of what you are returning. Kansas Lighting reserves the right to refuse returns if they do not meet these terms.

Shipping:

All items that we have in stock at the time of order will ship in 7 to 10 business days, sometimes sooner. If we are out of a certain item we will let you know in a timely manner how long it will be. All products will be shipped via UPS Ground. We ask that you check your freight immediately upon receipt for any damage. If you do receive your freight damaged it is your responsibility to file a freight claim with the freight company.
